What am I trying to achieve with the AGILITY program?

If you want to learn how to live your best life and overcome life stressors, problems and obstacles, then AGILITY is for you.

AGILITY will arm you with expert psychological skills, tips and insights to apply to how you think and live your life. You will be able to understand yourself like never before and will learn the right ways to get everything you want out of your life, health, relationships and career, to actually reach your goals and gain direction, clarity and life contentment.

Who should sign up to the AGILITY program?

Everyone can benefit from this life transforming program. The program is designed to enhance your mental strength and resilience and to teach you the best  skills for navigating life and life stressors in the most effective way!

Dr Amy’s AGILITY training videos are easy to view and understand and you will be guided on how to make them relevant and personal to your specific circumstances or difficulties.

If you have struggled with maintaining motivation to meet your goals or make life changes, this program will help you overcome your past obstacles and get the change you have been seeking and that you deserve!

Can I still do the AGILITY program while I am seeing a psychologist?

We encourage you to get the right help for you. If you are already seeing a psychologist and are finding benefit, good on you, keep it up! However, you may find participating in our program helps you to gain even more from those sessions, by enhancing your knowledge, skills and motivation. Join us and let us know what you think!

Is there any required knowledge base to understand the information?

We understand that this stuff isn’t common knowledge or taught in schools – this is why we think it is so important to help you guys to understand it. So, no, there is no assumed knowledge prior to commencing the program.

We want you to feel supported during the program and so have set up many routes for you to get extra advice, input, feedback and help. Dr Amy is a regular live contributor to the program, answering questions and holding live feedback sessions to enhance learning. During Power Cycles you have access to expert mentors to give more personalised feedback and support. We also have a community of members who often have similar experiences and have asked similar questions, with forums that can contribute to your growth and learning.

The program is spoken and written in English, however can be translated into your language of preference. Contact us for more information.

What if I am having trouble understanding the content?

We are here to help you and support you! After each training module there is a community forum stream, set up so that you can share your thoughts, questions and comments with others. We encourage you to post questions and discuss your thoughts in this forum – We are always in awe of the amazing insights our AGILITY community can bring. Dr Amy is also a regular contributor to these community chats and answers commonly asked questions or queries about the content.

How much time do I need to commit to the program to benefit?

We get it – there is so much to fit into life these days – work, family, exercise, friends, fun – can I fit something else in?

The great thing about our program is that we recognise that everyone is time poor and struggles to make time for themselves, despite the fact that prioritising self care actually makes you a better worker, family member, friend etc. We have therefore made it really easy to use and benefit from our program. You can watch our training videos at your own pace and you can access our website content for more in depth information whenever you want. You can take and re-take the training program as many times as you wish, and if you join during a Power Cycle you can also get that individualised support to enhance your motivation and engagement.

When can I start?

You can start the program straight away! Your program unlocks as soon as you pay. You have access immediately and can start to benefit today!

If you join during a Power Cycle, your program will unlock at the beginning of Week 1 and then each of the modules will be released each Monday for the 7 weeks of the program.

Even if you join outside of a Power Cycle, you can log in during the next Power Cycle to go through the program again, with the benefit of being joined by other like-minded members and an expert member of your choice, so you can really enhance your learning and development.

To access your program, simply log in using your email and password. Make sure your email notifications are set to ‘ON’ in your settings so I can send you emails and any updates.

What payment options are there and which payment system do you use?

You can pay using a credit or debit card. After you sign up, head over to your email inbox, where you’ll find your confirmation of payment.
